Guava & Gold is more than just a luxury bath and body range – it aims to make you feel good about the products you use and to reflect the memory of far-flung shores. With ethically sourced botanicals, their products are presented in fully recyclable bottles and packaging. But the work doesn’t stop there, with plans to move to bio-polymer bottles, made from sugar cane extract, and to incorporate water-free products into the collection so as to further limit Guava & Gold’s impact on the environment Everything ordered online is sent out in the smallest packaging possible.

It’s still only been a year since the collection launched and a lot has happened in that time but there’s so much more to achieve.

For 25 years Founder Clare Price’s job was finding creative ways to fix other people’s problems. She had a fascinating, stimulating career as a successful barrister in London.

But she wanted to make a change so she chose to take her creativity in a different direction and design a luxurious escape from everyday life.

Her goal was to create an elegant, capsule collection of products with ethical credentials, inspired by heady reflections of the tropics and a desire to capture unforgettable, exotic holiday memories in a bottle.

Drawing on the expertise, flair and imagination of an international fine fragrance house, she’s used the distinctive scents of fruits and flowers, including delicious guava and cherimoya, fragrant pink magnolia, white floral facets of tuberose, sweet vanilla orchid and enchanting orange and plum blossom. Her aim was to create products which will transport you to a moment of sheer bliss that can be revisited again and again. To complement the fragrances, natural oils have been blended with botanical ingredients, specially selected for the health of your skin and hair and to enhance your personal wellbeing.

All the Guava & Gold bottles and packaging are fully recyclable with plans to move on to bio-polymer (which are made of sugar cane extract) bottles as soon as I can.

The products are all paraben free and have phthalate free fragrances. Natural oils with all their potential health-giving benefits are used in them. And they’re made in the UK.

The brand makes regular donations of products to help to alleviate hygiene poverty, which is an issue which affects people’s self-esteem and feelings of self-worth.

Shipping Policy


We will deliver your purchases in accordance with the delivery method you choose.

Please note we cannot dispatch at weekends and we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Products will not be sent out for delivery until payment is received.

If you specify more than one delivery address, there is a separate delivery charge for each address chosen.

Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
UK delivery

We offer the following delivery options in the UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) depending on the number of items purchased. We can also deliver to the Highlands and Islands but delivery will take longer than these times.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with everything you buy from us and will not need to return anything.

However, you can end your contract with us in the following circumstances. As a consumer who has made an online purchase, you have the right in the UK to cancel the order at any time up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods, pursuant to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods and any standard delivery charge. Please note we will not refund any 24-hour tracked delivery charge you might have paid. We will only make the refund to the debit/credit card or other account you used to pay for the goods within 28 working days of delivery of the goods to you or of your notifying us that you wish to cancel the order.In addition, if the goods you ordered are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we will exchange the goods or arrange a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please note that we will not refund the cost of any sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return owing to health protection or hygiene reasons.

You will be required to pay the postage costs for returning goods to us unless they are faulty. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us.
Our returns procedure

If you do wish to cancel your order or to return anything to us, please notify us as soon as possible at, giving us your order number, and please keep the product you wish to return and all of its packaging.

We will contact you to give you details of how to return the items to us. Please remember that we are a small, new company so we might not be able to respond to you straightaway but we will do it as quickly as possible.

Please also note that returned items must be unused, in a resalable state and accompanied by your purchase order number. We cannot accept any returns which don’t comply with these requirements.
